How to Use the Invoice Generator
- Enter your business and client names, plus the invoice number and date.
- Add line items — a description, quantity and rate for each product or service.
- Set a tax rate if applicable (e.g. GST, VAT or sales tax for your region) — leave it at 0 if not needed.
- Click "Print / Save as PDF" and choose "Save as PDF" in your browser's print dialog to download it.
What to Include on Every Invoice
- A unique invoice number for your own records and easy client reference.
- Issue date (and due date, if you offer payment terms).
- Your business name and the client's name, and ideally contact/billing details.
- An itemized list of products or services with quantity, rate and amount.
- Subtotal, tax and grand total, clearly separated.
